Tanisha Basu is a clinical research professional with expertise in neuroimaging operations and clinical trial management, specializing in stroke, neurodegeneration, and cognitive aging. She serves as the primary imaging project manager for national StrokeNet trials, including CAPTIVA and CAPTIVA-MRI, where she oversees site activation, imaging protocol compliance, QA/QC pipelines, and data adjudication across more than 100 sites. Her work focuses on optimizing imaging workflows, harmonizing multimodal MRI and CT data, and aligning imaging endpoints with clinical and biomarker outcomes. Tanisha’s broader research interests include brain aging, metabolic influences on cognition, and the application of imaging-based biomarkers in translational neuroscience.
