Ezra John Bradshaw

With over 11 years in the healthcare industry, Ezra holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University (2012), is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (2016), and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Exectutives (2023). In his current role as Pharmacy Director, he oversees pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, medication management systems, and strategic planning. In these rapidly evolving times, Ezra has a passion for reframing innovation, growing others, and advancing the profession. He serves as the primary management preceptor for the pharmacy residency program at The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health. He is an active member of OSHP and ASHP and sits on the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders (SPPL) Advisory group on new and emerging leaders.
