I am a second year master's student working in Dr. Noelia Lander's molecular parasitology lab. My research is aimed at better understanding the cAMP signaling pathway that the eukaryotic parasite Trypanosoma cruzi uses to sense its environment and trigger cellular responses necessary for the parasite's survival.
