Dr. Jacqueline Collins is an Associate Professor of
Clinical Psychiatry and also holds the position of Chief Clinical
Officer for the Hamilton County Mental Health Services and Recovery
Board. She provides outpatient services in the Department of Psychiatry
and Behavioral Neuroscience with a special interest in mood disorders.
Dr. Collins provides direct patient care in Psychiatry Emergency
Services at University Hospital. She also teaches and supervises
residents.
Dr. Collins received her medical degree at the Medical College of
Ohio at Toledo and completed her residency in psychiatry at the
University of Cincinnati and a residency in pediatrics at Wright State
University.
Dr. Collins received the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine
Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence and also the Leadership in
Psychiatry Award by the Hamilton County Community Mental Health Board.
One of her areas of interest is bringing mental health parity to the
underserved.
