Jordan Cassidie Gayle

Jordan Gayle serves as a Program Manager in the College of Nursing at the University of Cincinnati, where she leads initiatives designed to foster student engagement, belonging, and leadership development. In this role, she oversees multiple student development programs and organizations, collaborates across academic and administrative units, and supports strategic efforts that enhance the overall student experience. Her work emphasizes inclusive excellence, data-informed decision-making, and community-building within the College. Through these efforts, she advances the College’s mission of cultivating a supportive, innovative, and equitable learning environment for all students.
