Professional Summary
Gideon Labiner is an Associate Professor at the University of Cincinnati. He teaches in the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program to both on campus and distant learners. His courses include Molecular Diagnostic Biology, Clinical Hematology, Special Topics in MLS, MLS Capstone and Introduction to Forensic Sciences. Prior to arriving in Cincinnati in 2001, he worked as a Forensic DNA Analyst at Marshall University in West Virginia. His research interests include the pedagogy of online education, interprofessional education (IPE) and health care policy, as well as the current trends and implications of molecular testing.
