Professional Summary

Liang laoshi has taught Chinese for more than six years. He also specializes in Cantonese teaching and learning. He believes that students learn the language best when they actively use what they have learned, through communication in culturally appropriate ways. Therefore, the language learners in his classes are provided with plenty of opportunities to practice and apply what they have learned in everyday situations. He completed his Ph.D. in second language studies at the University of Cincinnati, with a graduate certificate in Asian Studies.
