I am an assistant professor in the Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems Department at University of Cincinnati. I received my B.Sc. degree from Universidad de los Andes, my M.Sc. degree from University of Florida, and my Ph.D. degree from Clemson University. My research has been published in Operations Research, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Transportation Science, and the European Journal of Operational Research, among others.

Research and Practice Interests
My research focuses on theory, methodology, and algorithms in combinatorial optimization, multilevel programming, and network flows. I am interested in application areas such as vehicle routing, scheduling, homeland security, survivable network design, and pricing in competitive markets.
