Positions and Work Experience
2019 - Executive Staff Assistant at the Faculty of Enrichment Center (FEC), • Serve as the first point of contact for the FEC. • Provide administrative support to the FEC Office including P-Card allocations, business transaction processing, submission of monthly expense reports via SAP Concur, ordering of supplies via GBEX and PACE software under the Requisitioner role. • Manage the FEC email account and correspondence. Respond to requests sent by UC Faculty, UC Staff and other contacts. • Assist UC Faculty and Staff in booking the FEC Conference Rooms for Workshops Series, Major Events, regular Meetings and Training sessions. Provide additional support to our visitors with major events or as needed. • Manage the FEC Programs Calendar and work closely with presenters on the coordination and logistic of programs/events. Gather programs description, prepare promotional materials, create Qualtrics surveys to share with participants, schedule programs/events in Faculty OneStop and in the FEC Bearcats Landing website, advertise upcoming sessions, send the programs/events Reminder and Evaluation Survey emails to participants per session, assist with the set-up of Conference Rooms and purchase refreshments and meals to offer during programs/events. • Support the FEC marketing process by creating promotional materials via the Canvas website, managing the FEC social media accounts such as Twitter and Facebook, posting of photos and multimedia signs via the Digital Signage Software, sending bi-weekly Programming and Special Events emails to UC Faculty and Staff, and representing the FEC during other UC events. • Act as a moderator and support our partners during the presentation of virtual programs hosted by the FEC, such as weekly the WebEx Breakout Training Sessions presented by IT@UC partners during Covid-19. • Provide administrative and marketing support to our partners in the scheduling and logistic of the weekly Consultation Hours hosted by the FEC. • Act as the Site Manager for the FEC Bearcats Landing Website. Maintain the page, news posts, content, information, images, events calendar and marketing materials updated. • Provide IT technical assistance to presenters and visitors during programs/events or meetings where the FEC technology resources are needed. • Responsible for creating Zoom and WebEx links for programs/events offered virtually by the FEC to UC Faculty and Staff. • Gather and maintain monthly records of the FEC space usage and workshop participation data. • Distribute the Inclusion Survey monthly to the FEC visitors and workshop participants. • Support Provostal affinity groups, the Black Faculty Association, the Latino Faculty Association, the LGBTQ+ Faculty, and Staff Association, and the Emeriti Association by assisting with events planning, administrative tasks, purchases, promotions, providing fiscal and operational support, communications, and other duties as requested by the affinity groups and approved by the Executive Director., UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI, Cincinnati, Ohio
2017 -2019 Field Licensing Representative at the Field Licensing and Compensation Department, • Responsible for the contracting and licensing process between Ameritas and Spanish Speaker Agencies and Agents.
