Heather Sampanis

Heather grew up in western Michigan, but has lived in Cincinnati for most of her life. She earned her BFA in Costume Design & Technology from CCM. Prior to returning, she worked at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park for five years, concurrently serving as Costume Designer/Costume Mentor at St. Xavier High School, and has worked in costuming throughout Cincinnati as a freelance designer. 
 
In addition to her work in costuming, Heather is a vocalist and bassist in her touring punk band, The Board of Directors. She has three children and two dogs, rides a scooter, and enjoys cooking and illustration.
