Professional Summary

Jeongmin Oh's research aims to transform tangible support into practical action, achieved by eliminating psychological and administrative barriers people face when accessing public services. This effort involves leveraging citizen-oriented technology innovation and enhancing government employees' job satisfaction to further reinforce their commitment to public services. 
Prior to joining the SPIA at the UC, Jeongmin Oh was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Arkansas State University. He served as a First Lieutenant at the Republic of Korea Army conducting security operations as a platoon leader at General Outpost (GOP) along the Demilitarized Zone (D.M.Z).
