Professional Summary
I am a Graduate Student and Instructor of Spanish at the University of Cincinnati. My academic interests are centered on Queer and Trans Theory, specifically within contemporary cultural production in Latin America and Spain.
I am currently exploring how 21st-century literature and visual culture address the representation of marginalized bodies, the aesthetics of affect, and the reconfiguration of identity. My work focuses on how queer and trans narratives from the Spanish-speaking world challenge traditional frameworks and offer new perspectives on gender, sexuality, and social norms.
