Professional Summary
Debashis Pal is the David Sinton Professor of Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Statistics and Master of Statistics degrees from the Indian Statistical Institute. Subsequently, he earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He joined the University of Cincinnati in 1994. His primary areas of interest are Microeconomics, Game Theory and Industrial Organization. He has published extensively in highly regarded academic journals and his research has been cited widely. He is a passionate teacher and aims to bring up-to-date research findings in to his classrooms.
