Professional Summary
Rose L Smith has been at the University since 1983 and teaching full time in the College of Allied Health Sciences since 1998. In 1995 Rose earned her Sport Certification Speciality from the American Physical Therapy Association as well as becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer. Rose volunteers with clinical practice through NovaCare as she teaches the online MSA and Imaging courses. She also is part of the Health Science Program. Rose was the initial program director for the Health Science Program in 2004 before serving as the PTA Program Director in 2006 until it moved to Clermont. Rose gained Emerita status after retiring full time in 2018.
